In this offering we will explore methods on creating your own space for knitting, embodying your craft and the mental health benefits of this beloved tradition. If you are just getting started or if you are a seasoned knitter this offering aims to provide new insight into the way you create while focusing on methods of self care and embodied practice. Materials needed: journal or notebook, knitting needles and yarn.
